Our goal is to create modern business parks for strategic investments in the Czech Republic

We identify, assess, and pre-develop land for investors in modern industrial sectors. This reduces how long it takes them to settle in the country and makes the Czech Republic more attractive in the global competition for high added-value technological production. We are a state-owned joint-stock company, with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic acting as the sole shareholder.

Our work

We provide comprehensive preparation of strategic areas – from the initial assessment and property settlement, through the full permitting process, all the way to the final development of all the necessary technical and transport infrastructure.

We build strong partnerships with local and regional councils. We believe that only through such cooperation can we create projects that truly benefit everyone – citizens, local government, the state, and investors.

Projects

Our focus is to prepare land for the most demanding strategic investment projects – those which, due to their size and technical infrastructure requirements, cannot be executed without the support of the public sector. We thereby fill a gap in the market and complement the activities of the private sector.

Strategic Business Park Dolní Lutyně

In the Moravian-Silesian Region, we are preparing a site of up to 270 hectares for an investor in the field of clean and autonomous mobility. We aim to build a prime example of a modern business park that respects its surroundings and maximizes the use of renewable energy sources.

Strategic Business Park Cheb

In the Karlovy Vary Region, we are preparing the Strategic Business Park Cheb with a total area of 142 hectares. The aim is to attract investors from technologically advanced industries who will create new skilled jobs for local residents and support the region's development. The park, strategically located on the D6 motorway, is designed with an emphasis on sustainable solutions.

Strategic Business Park Lazy

On a brownfield site of the former Lazy Mine in the Moravian-Silesian Region, we are preparing the Strategic Business Park Lazy for investors in the high-tech sector. For industrial development, the site will offer an area of 45 hectares, a dedicated railway siding, and above-standard infrastructure capacities for the most demanding operations.
