The Dolní Lutyně Strategic Business Park is a planned location for high-tech investments in the Moravian-Silesian Region, situated close to Ostrava and the border with Poland.

The Strategic Business Park Cheb is the result of a unique collaboration with the Karlovy Vary Region and the City of Cheb. The zone features an excellent connection to the D6 highway, and a major railway junction is also located near the Park.

The Strategic Business Park Lazy is being created through the revitalization of a former deep coal mine site on the outskirts of Orlová. The upcoming brownfield location will offer space for technologically advanced investments with high added value.
