Preparing land for the strategic development of the Czech Republic.
We identify, assess, and pre-develop land for investors in modern industrial sectors. This reduces how long it takes them to settle in the country and makes the Czech Republic more attractive in the global competition for high added-value technological production. We are a state-owned joint-stock company, with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic acting as the sole shareholder.
Our focus is to prepare land for the most demanding strategic investment projects – those which, due to their size and technical infrastructure requirements, cannot be executed without the support of the public sector. We thereby fill a gap in the market and complement the activities of the private sector.
