The revitalisation of the former deep coal mine Lazy is being carried out with a focus on sustainable water management and a responsible approach to environmental restoration.

The project aims to establish the modern Strategic Business Park Lazy, attracting strategic investors, creating highly skilled jobs and making a significant contribution to the economic development of the city and transformation of the region. The park will serve as a showcase example of successful brownfield revitalisation in the Czech Republic.
