Goals

Our goal is to prepare modern business parks for strategic investments in the Czech Republic

We search, inspect and prepare land for investors in modern industries. In this way, we shorten their settlement time in the country and increase the attractiveness of the Czech Republic in the global competition for high value-added technologies. We are a state-owned joint-stock company where the rights of the sole shareholder are exercised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Our work

We provide comprehensive preparation of land from its acquisition, verification and registration, through the permitting process to the construction of the necessary technical and transport infrastructure.

We emphasize partnerships with local and regional governments to build a synergetic environment in which everyone - citizens, local governments, the state and the investor - gains new value.
